Syed Ehsan Ashraf

Syed Ehsan Ashraf has diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Syed Ehsan currently holds the position of Chief Manager Human Resources at Samsung Display since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at vivo Mobile India Pvt. Ltd. as a Manager TA/Training & Development from 2016 to 2019. Syed Ehsan was responsible for formulating manpower plans and recruitment strategies, as well as closely monitoring the quality of hiring.

From 2011 to 2016, Syed worked as a Team Leader - HR at Saudi Engineering Group International, where they headed the recruitment of human resources for clients in the Oil & Gas sector. Syed Ehsan led a team of recruitment consultants and monitored the functions of the satellite office in India and the Philippines.

Syed began their career as an Admin Assistant at Well-Care Fostering Services Limited in 2005 and later joined HCL Technologies as a Human Resource Executive in New Delhi from 2004 to 2005. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment and selection, as well as handling induction and performance management processes.
