Chiwon Hwang

Chiwon Hwang has a diverse work experience, starting as a Researcher at The Institute of Scientific and Industrial Research from an unknown month but in 1998 until 2004. Chiwon then joined Intel Corporation in 2004 as a Research Staff, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they became VP of Technology at Samsung Electro-Mechanics Co., Ltd, where they currently hold this position.

Chiwon Hwang's education history started in 1991 when they enrolled at Chungnam National University. They pursued a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering, which they completed in 1998. After that, from 1999 to 2001, they attended Osaka University for their Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering. Finally, from 2001 to 2004, they continued their education at Osaka University, this time undertaking a Ph.D. degree in the same field.
