David Evans

David Evans is an experienced professional in the field of graphics software engineering, currently serving as the Director of the worldwide Vulkan driver team for the Samsung Xclipse GPU at Samsung Electronics since July 2020. Prior to this role, David spent over 16 years at Intel Corporation as a Senior Staff Graphics Software Engineer, where responsibilities included TFM Architect duties focused on enhancing product throughput for Intel Graphics and overseeing a team of over 30 individuals across various locations. David's previous experience also includes significant contributions to GPGPU hardware debug features and the development of GPU debug tools utilized by major companies like Apple and Microsoft. Educational credentials include both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
