Ga Eun Lee

Ga Eun Lee is an experienced UX and employee experience researcher and coach at Samsung Electronics, where roles have included UX/EX researcher and coach since August 2014, as well as prior positions in the UX innovation lab and software center. Ga Eun Lee specializes in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, organizational change management, and has facilitated training programs in employee experience management. Earlier work includes contributions to Samsung's UX Membership program and research positions at Woongjin Coway and Idea Salv. Ga Eun Lee holds a PhD in Management of Technology and has earned master's and bachelor's degrees in Industrial Management Engineering and Industrial and Information Design, respectively, from Korea University, along with an Associate of Arts in Industrial Design from Kaywon School of Art & Design.
