Marco Chisari

Marco Chisari currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Head of the Samsung Semiconductor Infrastructure and US Foundry, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Marco Chisari was the Managing Director and Global Head of Semiconductor Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from October 2018 to July 2022. Previous experience includes a tenure as Managing Director in Technology M&A at Credit Suisse from August 2016 to August 2018, and serving as Senior Vice President and Head of M&A and Corporate Development at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from 2014 to June 2016. Marco Chisari also held the title of Director and Head of M&A and Business Development for Mubadala Technology at Mubadala Development Company from 2009 to June 2016. Earlier in the career, from 2004 to 2009, Marco Chisari worked as Vice President in Investment Banking at JPMorgan Chase.
