Sherif Saad

Sherif Saad is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of Telco Cloud Sales for the EMEA region at Wind River since June 2022, focusing on large carrier sales. Prior to this role, Sherif held significant positions including Head of 5G & Open RAN for Deutsche Telekom & Orange at BuyIn, where the introduction of 5G Radio access networks was spearheaded. Additional expertise stems from roles at VimpelCom and Orascom Telecom, where Sherif was involved in procurement and engineering support. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from London Business School, an MCIPS from CIPS, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, and a Bachelor of Science from Cairo University.
