Jongho Yoon

Jongho Yoon is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as Senior Manager of IT Strategy at Samsung Life Insurance since March 2012. In this role, Jongho Yoon has enhanced change management, incident management, and quality management processes, established a Software Test Engineering team, and improved application development methodologies. Prior to this position, Jongho Yoon worked at Oracle USA as a Senior Member of Technical Staff, where responsibilities included developing monitoring modules and enhancing performance for Oracle Enterprise Manager. Earlier career experiences include project management roles at NCSOFT and software development at NICSTECH. Jongho Yoon holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Seoul National University.
