Peter Reininger

Peter Reininger has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Peter is currently the Head of Value Engineering at Samsung SDI Battery Systems GmbH since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Sensirion from November 2018 to August 2021, first as an R&D Engineer and then as a Product Manager. Before Sensirion, Peter was a Postdoctoral Researcher at IBM Research from December 2015 to October 2018. Peter also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Vienna University of Technology from September 2015 to November 2015 and as a Projekt Assistent / PhD student from December 2011 to September 2015.

Peter Reininger completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at Vienna University of Technology from 2007 to 2010. Peter then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Microelectronics at the same institution from 2010 to 2011. Peter Reininger furthered their education by completing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering at Technische Universität Wien from 2011 to 2015.
