Carlos González de Escalada

Carlos G. de Escalada is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and social services sector, currently serving as CEO of Samu, a €12 million company with 570 employees across Europe and Africa, since July 2003. Alongside this role, Carlos holds the position of Fundador Presidente at CISDE Campus Internacional de la Seguridad y la Defensa since September 2009 and has previously served as COO and board director of an €8 million health company. Carlos has a diverse background that includes founding Tri Dynamics Ltd. and serving as a director at Silver Atlantic Ltd. and a consultant for CORAL-EUROBET (Deutsche Bank). An accomplished academic, Carlos earned an MBA focused on Green Marketing from Henley Business School, a BA Hons in Communication Sciences from the University of Navarra, a Ph.D. in Social Sciences - Leadership from Udima Universidad a Distancia de Madrid, and completed an Erasmus scholarship at Université de Tours. Additionally, Carlos obtained a Private Pilot license in 2023.
