Pete Carlson

Pete Carlson is an experienced operations and quality management professional with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Samuel Pressure Vessel Group since March 2021, Pete oversees site management of customized pressure vessel production. From September 2008 to October 2020, Pete held the position of Quality/Technical Manager at Charter Steel, overseeing quality in a steel mill and managing the Billet Yard operations. Previous roles include Quality Systems Engineer and Supplier Quality Engineer at Behr America, Senior Quality Supervisor and Process Engineer/Shift Supervisor at Bosch Braking Systems, and several positions at U.S. Steel and Pellet Technology Corporation. Pete's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
