Sarah also has experience as a Project Manager at J.D. Irving, Limited and held multiple positions at Symcor Inc, including Senior Manager of Service Level Management, Senior Manager of National IP Operations, Senior Project Manager, and Manager of National Service Desk. Prior to that, they were the Support Center Manager at BCE Emergis Inc and worked as the Help Desk Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at Millennium Care Inc.

Sarah Zacharias has a diverse education history. In 1994 to 1998, they attended McMaster University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. In 2008, they attended Loyalist College and completed a course on ITIL V3 Foundations. In 2009, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). In 2012, they received certification as a Certified Agile Project Manager from the Project Management Association of Canada (PMAC). In 2013, they attended PM Solutions for a course on Information Technology Project Management. In 2015, they completed a Prosci Change Management certification program at Ad Pro Change Systems Inc. Most recently, in 2018, they attended ITWinners for a course in Business Relationship Management, earning the designation of Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP™).
