Darren Haynes

Darren Haynes is an experienced executive in the food industry, currently serving as the Category Managing Director for the £200m+ Savoury Pastry business at Samworth Brothers since May 2018. Previous roles at Samworth Brothers include managing director of the Walker and Son business. Prior to this, Darren Haynes was the CEO of Fresh to Store Ltd, leading the company through a management buy-out from Kerry Foods. At Kerry Foods, Darren held various senior positions, including Managing Director of Kerryfresh and Divisional Operations Director, overseeing significant operational responsibilities across multiple sites in the UK and Ireland. Early career experience includes finance roles at RHM plc, now Premier Foods. Darren holds an MBA from Hult Ashridge and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, with ACMA and CGMA qualifications.
