Matt McMichael

Matt McMichael currently serves as the Group Supply Chain Director at Patties Food Group since March 2025. Previously, Matt served as the Chief Operating Officer at SPC Global from February 2021 to July 2025, managing a $300 million operational budget across four manufacturing facilities and enhancing operational excellence through best practice frameworks. Prior roles include General Manager Supply Chain & Procurement ANZ and Global Head of Food & Nutrition at PZ Cussons, as well as various procurement and management positions at HJ Heinz and Nestle. Matt holds an MSc in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick and a B.Eng in Manufacturing Systems and Business Studies from Coventry University.
