Paul Middleton

Paul Middleton is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in maintenance and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as Engineering Area Manager at Samworth Brothers since March 2022, Paul has held key positions including Engineering Manager at Morrisons and Maintenance Manager at Pilgrim's. Previous experience includes a Shift Maintenance Manager role at PepsiCo and Maintenance Manager at GLW Feeds Ltd. Paul also has a solid foundation in maintenance supervision from Arla Foods and extensive experience as an ATL shift engineer at Samworth Brothers, where a significant portion of time was spent at Kettleby Foods. Education was completed at King Edward VII Upper School in Melton Mowbray.
