Simon Healey

Simon Healey is an experienced operations and engineering manager with a robust background in the food manufacturing and logistics sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Site Engineering Manager at Samworth Brothers since February 2023, Simon previously held the position of Chief Engineer at Premier Foods from September 2021 to February 2023. A career that began as an Engineering Apprentice at ACS&T Logistics includes substantial roles such as Maintenance Manager and Site Services Manager at Florette UK & Ireland Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing equipment availability and managing teams of engineers. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from the University of Staffordshire, complemented by prior studies at the University of Wolverhampton.
