Mark Tijerina

Mark Tijerina has extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), currently serving as a GIS Analyst II at San Antonio River Authority since September 2021, after progressing from GIS Analyst I. Prior roles include GIS Analyst I at Bexar County Information Technology and Planner II at San Antonio Water System. Mark has also held various GIS-related positions at City of Fort Worth, Jetta Operating Company, and XTO Energy, showcasing a strong background in technical and analytical skills. Mark started the professional journey as an Administrative Assistant at HRM Consultants, Inc. and a Mail Clerk at Frost National Bank, with initial military service as Yeoman Second Class in the US Navy. Mark holds a BS in Geographic Information Systems from Texas State University.
