Ryan Sims

Ryan Sims is an experienced Project Manager, currently overseeing projects at San Antonio Sound & Light since September 2024, and previously held the same role at Heritage Construction Co. from June 2023 to August 2024. Before transitioning to project management, Ryan spent nearly a decade at Insperity as a Business Analyst, where notable achievements included leading a successful software deployment initiative with a 99% success rate and implementing agile practices within development teams. Ryan's career also encompasses roles as an Associate Business Analyst and Business Application Support Analyst at Insperity, as well as positions in technical support and customer service. Ryan holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
