Gilbert Yanez

Gilbert Yanez is currently the Controller at the San Antonio Symphony. Gilbert has helmed this position since January of 2015. Prior to their current role, Mr. Yanez was the Executive Director at Amarillo Symphony from January 2013 to December 2014. Gilbert was also the Vice President of Development for Minnesota Opera from January 2007 to December 2012. Mr. Yanez began their work in the field of music as the Senior Director for Development at Atlanta Symphony Orchestra from October 2007 to July 2013.

Gilbert Yanez has a BA in Music from Yale University and a University of Houston.
