Amanda Castro

Amanda Castro, C.P.A., has a diverse range of work experience in the accounting field. Amanda currently holds the position of Director - Accounting at the San Antonio Water System since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Accounting and Reporting at Our Lady of the Lake University from June 2018 to September 2021. Additionally, Amanda had an early start in their accounting career as an Assurance Intern at BKD CPAs & Advisors from January 2011 to March 2011. In this role, they assisted with audit procedures, completed compilations of financial statements, and facilitated internal control walkthroughs.
