Caitlin Olson

Caitlin Olson is a seasoned professional with a robust background in technology delivery and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Technology Delivery at San Antonio Water System since March 2024, Caitlin oversees project delivery initiatives. Prior to this role, Caitlin spent nearly 15 years at USAA, where responsibilities included acting as a Senior Scrum Master, Project Manager, Database Modeler, Software Systems Engineer, and Risk Management Advisor. During tenure at USAA, Caitlin contributed significantly to various projects, coached teams on SAFe methodologies, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and enhanced database systems for operational efficiency. Additionally, Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and gained experience as a REALTOR while affiliated with JB Goodwin Realtors.
