Chad Cosper

Chad Cosper is a seasoned water conservation professional currently serving as a Senior Planner-Conservation at the San Antonio Water System since May 2012. In this role, Chad Cosper identifies and develops water conservation programs aimed at residential affordability clients and commercial irrigation clients, while maintaining strong customer relationships and managing over 100 commercial accounts. Prior to this position, Chad Cosper worked at Tualatin Valley Water District from August 2001 to March 2012 as a Customer Service Specialist and Supervisor, leading customer service and utility billing operations, supervising a team, and managing various projects and resource allocations. Chad Cosper holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology with a minor in History from Appalachian State University, earned between 1996 and 1998.
