John L.

John L. has over 16 years of experience in the information technology field, primarily focused on desktop support and field service. Since November 2007, John L. has been employed as a Desktop Support Technician at San Antonio Water System. Previously, John L. worked at CSC from January 2000 to September 2007 as a Lead Field Service Technician and Procurement Agent. John L. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information System Security from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2008 and 2011, as well as an Associate of Applied Science in Information Systems from Palo Alto College, completed from 1992 to 1999.
