Kennard Kapono

Kennard Kapono has over 20 years of experience in coaching and education, currently serving as an Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Alta Loma High School since August 2024 and a Physical Education Teacher at San Bernardino City Unified School District since July 2017. Previous roles include Associate Head Baseball Coach at Yucaipa High School and coaching positions from T-Ball to college levels. Kennard also served as Athletic Director at Carter High School Rialto, focusing on scheduling and supervision, and worked as a consultant with STUDENTathleteWorld, assisting high school student-athletes with the recruiting process. Kennard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, two Master's degrees in Sports Management and Secondary Education, and a supplemental credential in Adaptive Physical Education from various California institutions.
