Luke B. has extensive experience in the field of information technology. Luke most recently served as the Chief Technology Officer at the San Bernardino Community College District. Prior to that, they held the position of Associate Vice Chancellor and Deputy Chief Information Officer at Brandman University - Chapman University System. In this role, they provided leadership for various projects, including the migration to a new financial aid system and the transition to Salesforce.
Luke has also worked as the Deputy Chief Information Officer at the University of Redlands, where they led projects such as ERP upgrades and digital signage implementations. Additionally, they served as the Acting Chief Information Officer at Listing Ocean, Inc., managing the development of a real estate website.
Earlier in their career, Luke held positions as the IT Director, Software at Living Spaces Furniture, where they led the development team for various software applications. Luke also worked as the Director of Web Development at the University of Redlands, overseeing the migration of a large website to a content management system.
Luke's experience also includes roles as Enterprise Application Manager at Fleetwood Enterprises, Senior Programmer Analyst at ESRI, and IT Manager at Highland Supply Corporation. With a strong background in various aspects of IT management, Luke has consistently demonstrated leadership and expertise in driving successful projects and initiatives.
Luke B. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Redlands, which they obtained between 1997 and 1999. Luke later pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Technology at the same institution from 2004 to 2006. Prior to attending the University of Redlands, Luke earned an Associate of Science degree from Crafton Hills College, which they completed from 1988 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, Luke has obtained several certifications, including being a Proposal Reviewer for EDUCAUSE in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, as well as completing the Leadership Institute in 2017.
