Matteo Fontana has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, starting from being a Head Waiter at Caprice Holdings Ltd. to currently serving as a Restaurant Manager at San Carlo Restaurant Group. With a background in various roles such as Bartender, Floor Manager, and Assistant Head Sommelier, Matteo has developed a diverse skill set in hospitality management. In addition to their practical experience, Matteo has pursued further education in wine and spirits through the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, achieving Level 2 and Level 3 certifications.
