Kari Hines

Kari Hines has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Manager of Learning Execution for Executive Leadership at The Home Depot since June 2020, where responsibilities include creating learning solutions for organizational needs. Additionally, Kari has been an Adjunct Professor at San Diego Christian College since July 2015, focusing on adult education. Previous roles include Corporate Trainer and Instructional Designer at Havertys Furniture, Education Advisor at Joined, and Behavioral Interventionist at Easter Seals Southern California. Kari's earlier experience includes a Learning and Development Specialist at Bridgepoint Education, where significant contributions to adult education programs were made.
