Betty Robles-Leal

Betty Robles-Leal has extensive experience in employee services and payroll management, currently serving as Associate Vice Chancellor at San Diego Community College District since November 2015, following a successful tenure as Director of Employee Services. Prior roles include Payroll Supervisor at CorTechs Labs Inc. and Nowell & Associates Landscape Architecture, along with various office and accounting management positions. Betty holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from National University and two Bachelor's degrees in Political Science - Public Law and Spanish Literature from UC San Diego.
