Dan Troy

Dan Troy currently serves as the Vice Chancellor of Finance and Business Services at San Diego Community College District, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Dan held the role of Vice President of Administrative Services at Cuesta College from April 2016 to June 2024. Dan's extensive experience in finance and facilities planning includes serving as Vice Chancellor for College Finance and Facilities Planning at the California Community College Chancellor's Office from January 2011 to April 2016, as well as Principal Consultant for the California State Senate from March 2007 to January 2011. Dan also worked as Principal Program Budget Analyst at the California Department of Finance between August 1999 and February 2007. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dickinson College, along with studies at the University of East Anglia.
