Victoria Mitchell

Victoria Mitchell, PMP, CPSM has a diverse work experience in the procurement and project management field. Victoria has held various roles, starting as a Customer Service Representative at GCM Business Solutions in 2009, and progressing to roles such as Procurement Specialist at Citadel Premium Design Inc and Associate Contracting Agent at San Diego Gas & Electric. Victoria has also worked as a Director of Engineering & Capital Projects and Director of Procurement & Planning at the San Diego Convention Center Corporation. Most recently, they have been an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business.

Victoria Mitchell completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business & Supply Chain Management at the University of San Diego. Victoria went on to earn their Master of Science (MS) in Supply Chain Management from the same university. Prior to their university education, they attended St. Francis Catholic High School in Sacramento. Additionally, Victoria holds certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from the Institute for Supply Management.
