Tom Schibly

Tom Schibly has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Director of Capital Projects and Engineering for Coated Products Operations at Green Bay Packaging Inc since December 1993, where a significant project involved managing a $100M capital expansion. Prior roles include Division Manager for the Winchester Coated Products Division and Slitting Facilities Manager. Earlier career experience includes working as a Sales Engineer at Kampf Machinery and Egan Machinery, focusing on converting equipment for the paper, film, and foil industries. Tom Schibly holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, obtained between 1984 and 1988, and completed studies at Abbott Pennings High School from 1982 to 1984.
