Andres Ochoa

Andres Ochoa has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andres started their career in 1995 at Jack in the Box Inc., where they worked as a Configuration Management Analyst III. In this role, they were responsible for deploying and maintaining 18K endpoints in corporate and Point of Sale networks using various systems such as Altiris and RayManageSoft, and later transitioned to IBM Bigfix Endpoint Management. Andres also managed endpoint security systems including Sophos Endpoint Protection and Cylance Protect with Optics.

In 2019, Andres joined San Diego County Credit Union as an IT Support Specialist Tier II, where they provided technical support for internal users. Andres held this position until 2021, during which they gained valuable experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.

In 2021, Andres moved on to work at ReverseVision as a Systems Administrator, where they were responsible for managing and maintaining the company's systems.

Most recently, in 2023, Andres returned to San Diego County Credit Union as an IT Support Specialist Tier II.

Andres Ochoa received an Associate's degree in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from ITT Technical Institute, where they studied from 1984 to 1986. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2006, they became an Altiris Certified Professional 6. In 2012, they obtained the Citrix Certified Administrator for Citrix XenDesktop 5 and the Symantec Certified Specialist - Symantec Client Management Suite 7.1/CMS 7.x Administrator certifications. Most recently, in 2016, Andres became an IBM Certified Associate - Endpoint Manager V9.0.
