Heather Diamond

Heather Diamond, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Heather is currently employed at San Diego County Credit Union, where they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development & Community Relations since May 2022. Prior to their current role, they served as the Vice President of Business Development & Community Relations from September 2021 to May 2022. Before their promotion to the vice president role, they worked as the Business Development & Community Relations Manager at the credit union from January 2018 to September 2021. In this position, they were responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand relationships with partner and community organizations, coaching business development officers, and establishing staff goals.

Heather's earlier work experience includes being the Marketing Director at FyrSoft from November 2011 to November 2017, where they were responsible for marketing activities. Heather also worked at San Diego State University as a Research and Marketing Consultant from January 2013 to May 2013. During their time at the university, they pursued their MBA degree and completed it in May 2013. Additionally, Heather worked as an Account Manager at Red Bull from August 2008 to May 2011.
