Lacey Hein

Lacey Hein has a diverse background in the field of loss prevention and fraud investigations. Lacey currently holds the position of Vice President, Fraud Investigations at San Diego County Credit Union since March 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Fraud Investigator at the same organization from December 2019 to March 2021.

Before joining the Credit Union, Lacey Hein served as a Loss Prevention Manager at Old Navy from October 2018 to November 2019. Lacey then worked as a Loss Prevention Investigator at The TJX Companies, Inc. from April 2017 to October 2018.

Lacey Hein's extensive experience in asset protection and loss prevention started at Macy's in 2008. Lacey held various roles at Macy's, including Assistant Loss Prevention Supervisor from March 2009 to August 2009, Asset Protection Manager from August 2009 to April 2017, and Loss Prevention Detective from February 2008 to March 2009. In these positions, they were responsible for external apprehensions, internal investigations, auditing, department meetings, and training store sales associates on theft prevention.

Prior to their career in loss prevention, Lacey Hein worked as a Visitor Assistance Officer at San Diego Zoo Global from May 2005 to February 2008.
