Stephanie Padilla

Stephanie Padilla has a diverse work experience in the financial and telecommunications industry. Stephanie started their career in 2013 as a Retail Assistant Manager at T-Mobile, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined San Diego County Credit Union and held various roles. Stephanie began as a Financial Services Representative and worked in that position until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Member Service Supervisor. Stephanie then advanced to the position of Assistant Branch Manager, where they worked from 2019 to 2022. In 2022, they briefly served as a Leave of Absence Coordinator before transitioning to their current role as a Human Resources Generalist, specializing in performance management, at San Diego County Credit Union.

Stephanie Padilla's education history includes attending Palomar College from 2017 to 2022, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Arizona State University, which they started in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022.
