Kevin F Boyne

Kevin F. Boyne is an experienced forensic accountant currently serving in the Economic Crimes Division of the San Diego District Attorney's Office since August 2016, specializing in analyzing financial evidence related to financial fraud cases. Prior to this role, Kevin Boyne spent 27 years at the Defense Criminal Investigative Service, where responsibilities included developing and supervising complex fraud investigations related to Department of Defense operations, with a focus on the western United States and the Pacific Rim. Kevin Boyne holds a Master's degree in Public Administration/Policy Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from San Diego State University.
