Erica Dobecki has work experience in multiple roles and organizations. Erica started their career in 2017 at the County of San Diego as a Human Services Specialist, where they worked until May 2021. In May 2021, Erica joined the San Diego County Sheriff's Department as an Administrative Analyst I, and later advanced to the role of Administrative Analyst II in July 2023.
Erica Dobecki completed their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree at National University from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from San Diego State University, graduating in 2016. Erica also holds additional certifications in "Interpersonal Communication" and "Recognizing and Seizing Opportunity at Work" from LinkedIn, which they obtained in May 2023.
