Ryan Perry

Ryan Perry currently serves as General Counsel for San Diego FC since June 2023. Previously, Ryan held the position of Head of Event Legal at FIFA from October 2019 to March 2023, and worked as a Legal Consultant for SailGP in early 2019. Ryan also served as Assistant General Counsel for Stars and Stripes USA and General Counsel at Oracle Racing, where the roles included responsibilities as Senior Legal Counsel. Prior experience includes Senior Legal Counsel for America's Cup Event Authority LLC and an Associate role at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. Ryan began a career in the culinary field as a Commis Chef at Cafe Sydney and Quay Bar before transitioning to law. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
