Elgin Rueda

Elgin Rueda has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as Principal Scrum Master and Principal Product Owner at San Diego Gas & Electric since January 2008, where management of complex utility software development projects through the entire IT life cycle is a primary responsibility. Prior to this role, Elgin was employed at IBM from August 2000 to December 2007, holding positions including IT Project Manager and Test Project Manager, with a focus on overseeing testing processes and collaborating across multiple teams to execute effective testing strategies. Elgin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, completed in 2000.
