Gina Raquipiso

Gina Raquipiso has over a decade of experience in human resources and project management within San Diego Gas & Electric, where roles included Product Owner Team Lead, Senior Product Owner, and Staffing Operations Advisor. In their current position, Gina leads cross-functional teams to enhance the employee lifecycle process and manages a $1.5 million capital budget. Gina played a key role in developing the My Onboarding App, which automates 50% of onboarding tasks, and designed the HR QuickScreen App, streamlining candidate data processing.
