Jack Guidi

Jack Guidi is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies, primarily within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting Operations at San Diego Gas & Electric since October 2017, Jack has held multiple managerial positions, including Financial & Strategic Analysis Manager and Asset & Project Accounting Manager. Previous roles include Manager of Natural Gas Accounting at Sempra LNG & Midstream and Financial Reporting & Accounting Research Manager at Sempra U.S. Gas & Power. Jack's expertise encompasses technical accounting issues, compliance with SOX, and the preparation and oversight of complex financial reporting. Additionally, Jack has experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where management of client services and audit processes for SEC and Non-SEC clients was emphasized.
