Phi Nguyen

Phi Nguyen is a seasoned professional in the field of materials science and engineering, currently serving as a Data Science Manager and previously as a Senior Data Scientist at San Diego Gas & Electric since March 2021. Prior roles include Senior Engineer and Engineer - Policy & Ratings at Energy Solutions from November 2015 to February 2021, and Graduate Student Researcher at the Center for Memory and Recording Research, UC San Diego from July 2010 to March 2015. Phi Nguyen holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from UC San Diego, complemented by a Master of Science degree from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University. Additionally, Phi Nguyen has engaged in study abroad programs at The University of Manchester and has undertaken summer research internships at UC Berkeley and UC Riverside. Currently enrolled at Palomar College, Phi Nguyen continues to pursue further education in the field.
