Shane R. Henry, MSc, CSP, is an experienced safety and risk management professional with a solid background in managing contractor safety programs. Currently serving as Contractor Safety Program Manager and Team Lead for Contractor Safety Services at San Diego Gas & Electric since April 2020, Shane brings over a decade of experience from previous roles including Sr Manager of EHS, Facilities & Security at FOX Factory, and SVP of Operations/Risk Management at New Way Landscape and Tree Services. Shane has a proven track record of reducing workplace injuries and claims costs through effective training and risk management strategies across various organizations. Shane's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health and a Bachelor of Science in the same field, both from Columbia Southern University, along with a professional certificate in General Industry Occupational Safety and Health from the University of California, San Diego - OSHA Institute.
