Wendy Quach

Wendy Quach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the utility sector, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Technology Strategy and Governance at San Diego Gas & Electric since July 2000. With a strong background in technology and operations, Wendy has held various pivotal roles including Director of Utility Operations, where strategic initiatives for Utility Operations were established, and EOC Technologies Manager, leading an agile team for emergency management and customer service applications. Wendy has also overseen multiple technology integration projects, managed significant program and project management activities, and contributed to cybersecurity processes in previous roles. In addition to technical expertise, Wendy is actively involved in leadership as a member of the Board of Directors for Athena STEM Women and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC San Diego.
