Carl R. Measer

Carl is the Chief Operating Officer overseeing all operations. Carl recently re-joined the Seacrest Executive team in the spring of 2016. Carl has been in healthcare administration for over 25 years and has been licensed with the state of California as a Skilled Nursing Home Administrator since 1995. Carl joined the Seacrest family in 1992 and was the Administrator of the 54th street facility until just before it was sold in 1996. After 20 years of working with physician groups and running surgery centers since that time, Carl recently moved back to North County San Diego from Denver with his wife and three kids. Carl holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut and an MBA in Healthcare Administration. Carl has found returning to Seacrest Retirement Communities a homecoming that was not only rewarding but almost a calling. As C.O.O. Carl hopes to enrich the lives of our residents and staff and continue the great tradition of Seacrest Village.
