Pam first joined the Seacrest Village family in 1989 at the San Diego Hebrew Homes located on 54th Street. She has been involved with the growth of the organization, which has included the initial development and expansion of Seacrest Village’s 10-acre campus in Encinitas; the opening of its skilled nursing, assisted living, memory support residence, and vitality center, the sale of its original home and acquisition of a second site. Pam holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from San Diego State University with an emphasis on Gerontology, and is also a Licensed Nursing Home and Assisted Living Administrator. She has served on the boards of the California Association of Healthcare Facilities and the National Association of Jewish Aging Services, has chaired national conferences on aging, and currently serves on the board of the San Diego Jewish Academy.
