Adrian Aguayo

Adrian Aguayo, CMA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in managing accounting operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Finance for Real Estate at the San Diego Housing Commission since January 2020, Adrian oversees the accounting operations of a diverse real estate portfolio and prepares documentation for annual and single audits. Prior roles include Treasury and Accounting Systems Manager at ColRich, where banking relations and analytics reports were managed, and Accounting Manager at Strata Equity Group, where the growth of an accounting department was overseen. Additional experience includes positions at Fairfield Residential, Fashion Furniture Rental, and Equity Management Inc., focusing on financial reporting, compliance, and accounting system improvements. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from San Diego State University.
