Ronda Clair

Ronda Clair has over 25 years of experience in human resources, starting as a Manager at Sedgwick in 1993. Ronda progressed to roles such as Director of Human Resources at various companies like Dentsu/Colby Effler & Partners, TBWA\Chiat\Day, and Medsn, Inc. Ronda also served as VP of Human Resources at The Corky McMillin Companies before becoming a Human Resources Consultant at Clair Consulting, LLC. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources and Compliance at The San Diego Museum of Art since 2018.

Ronda Clair holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Redlands. Ronda also obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Chapman University.
