Alejandra Saavedra

Alejandra Saavedra is the Director of Philanthropy at the San Diego Natural History Museum, where responsibilities include overseeing Leadership Circles Individual Giving, Membership, and Annual Fund Programs since April 2022. Prior to this role, Alejandra served as the Director of Advancement & Marketing at Mater Dei Catholic High School of San Diego from May 2011 to April 2022, leading a team in various areas such as special events, communications, and major gifts. Additional positions at Mater Dei include Executive Assistant to the President and Director and Coordinator of Adult Education, focusing on adult ESL programs and administrative support. Alejandra holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of San Diego and both an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from Daytona State College.
