Bernie Dodge

Bernie Dodge serves as Professor Emeritus of Learning Design and Technology at San Diego State University, where teaching focuses on educational simulation, game design, e-learning, and augmented and virtual reality. With a career spanning over four decades in academia, Bernie also contributes as CEO and co-owner of QuestGarden, Inc. Early professional experience includes serving as Associate Projects Administrator at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, aiding in the development of engineering project experiences, and as a Math Teacher in the Peace Corps, where the JSP Math curriculum was introduced. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Instructional Design & Development from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
