Sagar Parajuli

Sagar Parajuli is a Postdoctoral Researcher at San Diego State University since October 2023 and serves as an Editorial Board Member for the Journal Communications Earth & Environment under Springer Nature Group since June 2022. Previous roles include Atmospheric Scientist at UC San Diego (February 2023 - August 2023) and Research Scientist/Postdoctoral Fellow at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (September 2017 - February 2023). Sagar's early career includes two postdoctoral positions at the University of California, Irvine, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, where Sagar earned a PhD in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Water and Environmental Engineering from the Masdar Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Institute of Engineering, Pulchowk Campus, Nepal.
